What a guy.While I was taking the garbage to the dumpster behind my work, an older man wearing a tattered windbreaker, a dirty old pair of boots, jeans, a leather baseball cap and sporting a fashionable 5:00 shadow rode up to me on a bright, neon-red racing bike in the darkened, misty alleyway.
I have never met this man before in my life.
The man- HEY!!!!
Me- ...Yeah?
The man- Y'know, b'y, ye can get fawr bottles a' pepsi at lawtons fer seven dollars.
Me- ...Thankyou?
The man- Yeah. Dats better than irving, luh?
Me- ...
The man- Can a' pop costs a dollar eighty! Cheaper ta buy fawr bottles, wah?
Me- I get cans of pop cheap at my work.
The man- But its still cheaper ta go ta lawtons.
Me- I get an employee discount at work.
The man- How much dat cost?
Me- Fifty seven cents for a can of soda.
The man- ... *looks kind of deflated and sad as he pedals away*
